Glow e-mail is very secure and uses some of the very latest anti-spam filtering technologies.  However, it doesn't always get everything right and some e-mail may be inadvertently marked as 'Junk' or 'Spam'.

You should check your Junk mail folder regularly to make sure that you are not missing out on e-mails that should be going to your Inbox.  If there are messages that are being flagged as Spam incorrectly, follow the simple steps in the attached guide to fix your problem.
